Delivery & Shipping information

Store UK endeavours to deliver goods to its customers within 4-6 working days with the exception of Draper tools. Draper dispatch direct usualy within 7 working days. If there are problems in the delivery or availability of your goods, Store UK will contact you by email to inform you of expected delivery times. We do not operate telephone support, this is an internet based store.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Orders under £25 = £3.99 charge

Orders over £25 = Free

Deliveries must be taken at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the depot from where you will be responsible for arranging collection.
