To shape and define your lips, use Leslie DeeAnn Lip Pencils to eliminate feathering. Line the outside of lips with one of Leslie DeeAnn’s fabulous Lip Pencils, then fill in the lip area with your choice of Leslie DeeAnn Lip Colour. Blotting is not necessary.
